These terms are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall be considered definitive.

Taka BiteYou must provide accurate information when opening an account. Registering with false or incorrect details may result in account closure at any time, and any balance in that account may be forfeited.

Each individual may register only one account. If evidence is found that a single person is operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.

• You must provide your real name, date of birth, and phone number at the time of registration.
• A copy of your National ID card or passport may be requested for identity verification.
• Keep your account password strictly confidential — you are solely responsible for any consequences of sharing it with others.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, immediately Taka Bite contact our support team.

Taka BiteCertain rules must be followed when placing bets. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled — so review all details carefully before placing your bet.

• Minimum bet amount: ৳50 per bet.
• Maximum win limits vary by match and market.
• Pre-match bets placed before a match begins cannot be changed unless the match is cancelled.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time — the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Taka Bite reserves the right to void the affected bet.

If a match or event is cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be refunded. However, if a match is rescheduled, bets will remain valid unless a specific announcement is made otherwise.

Taka BiteDeposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Payout Time: Typically within 5–60 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for your deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Bonuses are valid for 30 days – if wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses generally cannot be combined or used simultaneously.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.

• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Taka Bite's systems.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

Taka Bite may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• If identity verification is not completed or incorrect information is provided.
• When required to comply with a court order or government directive.

Users may close their own account at any time. Once requested, the closure will be processed within 7 business days. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Taka Bite believes that gaming should always be for entertainment. We consider responsible gaming an integral part of our service.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set your own time limits for how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling Off: You can take a temporary break from the platform for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Options are available for long-term or permanent self-exclusion from the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you have the option to close your account.

Any disputes must first be directed to our support team for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, it will be settled via international arbitration.
